The Capp Wedding - 7th July 2018
Updated: Feb 5, 2020
Megan and Jonny got married on the 7th July 2018 in Castle Coombe. I have known Megan for a while she is a friends sister.
The day started out at Megans parents home, the lounge opened out to field stretching wide across the countryside. The sun was high and it looked like a one of those amazing settings you see in a holiday brochure. Once I had grabbed some images of the ladies getting ready...I nipped down the road to see Jonny and the guys getting ready, they were in a sweet little cottage not far from the family home.

Megans dress was a V-neck style with embroidered detail to the knee, with a long floaty train She paired this with a beautiful diamante rose gold bridal belt and matching jewellery. The gents wore Kilts and the bridesmaids wore red A-line dresses with shoulder sequins to match the tartan. Jonny wore a slim fitting 3 piece suit that complimented the groomsmen with a lovely grey tartan tweed fronted waistcoat & killer brown Brogues.

The wedding ceremony was at St. Andrews church in the heart of Castle Combe... a traditional Catholic wedding with bag pipes to match the Scottish accent the wedding hosted.

From the church Megan and Jonny drove in a classic car to their reception at The Manor House Golf Club nearby supplied by Kens Kars of Chipping Sudbury.

Dinner was served, a sweets cart for the guests and England were playing the World Cup on the TV.

While the the guests mingled, I hit the golf course with the couple on buggies to capture some canvas shots. It was so much fun we laughed so much because we got a little lost! haha!
